Church management, done properly
Know exactly who’s at church,
every single Sunday.
ChurchForce is a church management platform — QR kiosk check-in, member records, service scheduling, and real attendance reporting, all in one place.
Live at RCCG Chapel of Glory International, Watford, UK — logging real attendance every week.
How it works
From the front door to the full picture
The whole point is to capture attendance where it actually happens — at check-in — and turn it into something useful without any extra admin.
Check in
Families scan a QR code at a tablet on the way in. Children are assigned to their rooms in seconds — no queue, no clipboard.
Attendance is logged
Every check-in is recorded against that service automatically. No paper registers, no counting heads, no re-typing on Monday.
See the picture
Attendance trends, first-time visitors, and members who've slipped away — turned into reports you can actually act on.
Who it’s for
Built for the people who run Sundays
Not another tool for head office. ChurchForce is for the volunteers and staff doing the actual work each week.
Church administrators
Member records and check-in in one place, instead of spreadsheets that never quite agree with each other.
Welcome & greeter teams
A fast, friendly Sunday check-in that anyone on the team can run from a tablet with almost no training.
Pastors & leaders
Real attendance data instead of a paper register — so you can see who's new and who you haven't seen in a while.
Why I built this
I run production at my own church. For years we were still counting heads by hand and keeping attendance on paper — and none of it ever turned into anything we could look back on.
So I built ChurchForce to fix it for us first. It now runs every Sunday at RCCG Chapel of Glory International, handling real check-ins and real attendance data — not a demo, not a mock-up.
It’s early, and I’m building it carefully. If it looks like it’d help your church too, I’d genuinely like to show you.
